The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. "Es war alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei kleinen Problemen am Mobiliar kam der Vermieter sofort zum reparieren. "Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. "Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time to stand in line to talk to someone at the service desk. We missed the train we originally planned for, took the bus to the station, and it delayed our return trip to Milan. It was a frustrating experience. Overall, the stay was lovely but that was a sour note to end on. "

"The hotel is a short ride from the train station. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very nice restaurant just downstairs from the room. Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereals, juices and other beverages. We were surprised that the "balcony" faced another building across a narrow alley. Bed was firm (which we like) but the pillows, although large, were way to soft. Despite these items, we would definitely stay here again. "
