"I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good! Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good. "We booked hotel for one night. I stay with my husband and baby. We arrive at 14.00 for check in but in reception they ask to wait another 30 min to prepare room. It wasn’t so comfortable because baby wanted sleep and it was too hot to wait. But receptionist lady was very kind and apologize for this.
