The hotel was advertised as having free valet parking, but this was a mistake on the Hotels.com website at it was not included (discounted rate at another car park nearby instead). The travel cot for the baby did not come with a mattress, so was unusable. Free welcome drink promised was not included, but staff were otherwise very helpful."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Moxy, Glasgow. The staff in reception area were super. Friendly and efficient. They dealt really quickly with a long check-in queue. Our room was spacious and very clean. The shower room was immaculate. We were a little surprised when, having been out all day, on our last day, we got vack to our room at around 8.30pm and there had been no room service for us. The room was exactly as we had left it at around 11.00am that morning. "

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times and rooms were great. However this time room I got was not so good. Not all lights worked, it was a very cold night outside but the heating in room was not working great and went off over night so room was uncomfortably cold. Then shower drain was not working right either ad shower door didn’t close properly and when got out shower floor was flooded and water nearly reached carpet in room. Informed staff on checking out."
