Great Stay!
The house is great--well stocked and extremely clean!!! Lots of fun things to do on the the property, and the Food Lion is conveniently less than 10 minutes away. Ruben was a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and would look to stay again!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Place was clean, furnished without being overcrowded, and enough linens supplied for our stay. We were very appreciative of the multiple activities on site available to entertain kids (playground, trampoline, volleyball, basketball goals, soccer goals, pool table, & mini arcade). Highly recommend!

Place to stay for out of town wedding
This property has many amenities that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use, as we were too busy getting ready for our son’s wedding. If you have a family, I highly recommend this property. They have anything you could want for young children to teenagers. Plus plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy!

This property was extremely clean. We enjoyed the spaciousness. It has two living rooms, five bedrooms and also a bunk area. The open kitchen, dining and living room area was perfect. Great place for families to reunite. Highly recommend.

Family Weekend
This property was perfect for our family weekend with my parents, college-aged daughters and family dog. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us to spread out as well as gather together. The space is as great (or better) as pictures show. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do this place justice!! It was nice and peaceful and my son and husband enjoyed the large basketball area in the front driveway! The house was very comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for…I would definitely stay there again!!!

Perfect for reunions!
This is a new home with all the luxuries. We went to Williamsburg and it was only 35 minutes away. The day it rained, we enjoyed playing pool, using the arcade, and playing board games.

Great spot for our crew
Overall our stay was great. It’s a clean and new house with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and great common spaces. The arcade game was a huge hit with our adult crowd. Beds were actually quite comfortable. The biggest complaint we had was water pressure wasn’t great and that’s not a huge deal for a weekend stay honestly. Property manager was responsive when we had questions which was nice. The propane fire pits were great and we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful comfortable home
Six adults and 3 kids. Perfect home for spreading out - many bedrooms and bathrooms. TVs are large and we watched a family movie. Enjoyed playing pool and basketball and kids liked the video arcade machine. Had a couple of issues and Rueben the caretaker was soooo very helpful. If you are in the area, try Kilted Creamery down the road. We went twice and there are sooo many flavors. All homemade and even had dog pups. Highly recommend this home especially for large groups. Beds comfortable. Clean and inviting.

Quiet Area
We enjoyed our stay and the peacefulness of the area. The house is in great condition and there are more beds than we expected. The upstairs Air Conditioning was not working, or we just were unable to control it on our end. Whatever the case, it was pretty hot up there. We reported this on the first night and the owner fixed it the next day. Then it happened again on our last day and the owner said he would look at it the next day. We ended up having two hot nights out of three nights total. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again.
