The stay was nice , the staff was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The staff was professional. The place is located downtown which is good and it's right next to the mall and by the highway. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice was good. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable just needed better pillows and the ceiling would benefit from paint. It was a wonderful getaway and I recommend and would stay again.

The Omni is an elegant hotel in the middle of downtown Providence, handy to so many attractions. Despite being slammed on New Year's Eve, and with a wedding, the staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. The holiday decorations were fabulous. Our 3rd visit, and we'd go back.
