This newly renovated second-floor condo in a quiet family house offers a safe and well-equipped place to explore and experience everything the Historic District of Provincetown has to offer! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of winding lanes, it's just a five minute walk to West End shopping and entertainment. With two comfortable bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, this retreat is perfect for a friends' getaway, a family escapade, or even a couples retreat. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven, stove, toaster oven, and more! There is a convenient four-person table right off the kitchen, a deck for evening drinks with lovely garden and treetop views and a glimpse of the harbor & Pilgrim Monument, and a cozy living room to unwind after a day at the beach or strolling Commercial Street.

Ptown weekend getaway
House was very neat and clean. The location was great. The no shoe policy indoors was inconvenient. The house had complimentary towels, slippers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, garage bags and coffee supplies. However, there was no coffee. If coffee is not supplied, the owner should inform the guest.

We’re 75 and 69 years old. Top floor no bother at all. Location, comfort, cleanliness, all top notch. Beautifully set up- didn’t need a thing. Peaceful location for our late September getaway. A truly great find.

Great PTown Stay

The unit was spotless when we arrived, and the set up of the apartment was perfect. The two bedrooms were separated by the living room, making each room very private. The deck was beautiful and faced the water. Idyllic! We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect off season trip to Ptown

Perfect spot in the West End
I almost didn't write this review to avoid creating more competition for this property lol. I will definitely stay here again. Great location, really well maintained and quiet. But a short walk or bike ride to everything Ptown has to offer. Just wish the W/D was in unit. But small thing esp for a short stay.

Perfect getaway!
We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably decorated. It’s tucked away on a quiet street but only a short walk from all of the action. This was a great first trip to P-Town and it is truly a magical place. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING location, perfect property
Wow! I’m a tough reviewer and I have little negative to say! The Proprty is a beautiful, impeccably clean, modern/classic mix of the perfect space. We never heard our downstairs neighbors. Rooms: The beds were so comfortable with fantastic linens and pillows. Living room: perfect space, comfortable couch and perfectly usable TV. Bathroom: great high end use of small space. Amazing shower Kitchen: modern, amazing use of space, great appliances. Our favorite space was the balcony/roof top porch. And our only complaint was a very limited and delayed lack of communication with our ‘Property manager’. It on average took 24 hrs or more to respond but we also didn’t have any major issues. The location is perfect! Quiet and peaceful but walkable to everything you would need! We will be back!

West End Nest with all the Amenities
We found this place as a last minute trip to surprise my wife's mother for her birthday and booked the first week of July. So many places require a weeks stay and we were so happy that this was available for three nights which was the perfect amount of time for Ptown. The place is set back into the West End so it was very quiet and peaceful. The deck was a great feature and you are able to see the water on a clear day. The apartment is gorgeous, and they really took the time to incorporate unique items that represent Provincetown. My favorite was discovering Jarry, a queer food journal that was tucked into a beautifully styled shelf in the cozy living room. The bedrooms were larger than expected and the shower was beautiful. Parking is also a plus in Ptown. A great value with plenty of room for 3-4 people, or a very romantic stay for two people. Kitchen had everything and more than you would need to cook a great meal. All in all, I'm happy we splurged on this VRBO and it was well worth it. Because it is in the West End, the walk back down commercial can be a bit longer but if we got tired we took the pedi-cab back down commercial which is super fun too!
