Conveniently located just two miles east of the heart of Provincetown center in the quiet East End, this house boasts a large gourmet kitchen (fully equipped with superior cooking tools, dishes, pots & pans, walk in pantry and more). Whip up your favorite vacation foods while over-looking the large eating and living areas. Large deck leads you to the fire pit and hot tub. Central air-conditioning, billiard room, home theater, and game room are just a few of the comforts you can look forward to while here. Every bedroom has an attached private luxury bath, some with full size soaking tubs. Two of the bedrooms also have the option between a being made as a king or into two twin beds. We had a fabulous stay at the Tide House! My spouse and I were there with our kids and their partners to celebrate my spouse's 60th in mid-October. Great time of year there. House was even better than the VRBO description! Super spacious and comfy, amazing view, private, easy access to the bay beach. Was easy for the 7 of us to spread out as we wanted and gather for group cooking/games. Craig was very responsive to our calls, and check in/out was easy. 3 days was not near enough to take advantage of all the house amenities and near-by hiking. Would love to return for a longer stay!

I cannot recommend this house enough. Best rental I have ever stayed in and would love to be able to return. So much space, phenomenal views, and fabulous amenities. Well stocked kitchen etc and loved that each room has its own bathroom. Just outside of PTown. Photos don’t even do it justice! One million out of 10!

BEAUTIFUL SPACE LOTS OF SUNLIGHT
The home is amazing! Very spacious! Lots of windows with natural sunlight! We almost didn't need to leave the house! It is on the edge of town - so one must drive to town - but we went in off season so no issue at all! Oh and there's a hot tub and sauna!

Perfect for Us
The recent stay was my fourth at this property. For a large group the house is perfect—spacious, beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The location is exceptional—on a hill looking down at the nearby beach and miles of bayside coastline, and a one mile walk to downtown Provincetown. I’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO rentals. This is numero uno.

What a wonderful stay in PTOWN!
The pictures of this house do not do it justice. Everyone that joined us on this trip walked in and had the same reaction…WOW! This house is perfect for a group of friends. We have 5 couples. Each couple had their own space and full bathroom. The kitchen is fantastic. We utilized the dining room table for meals and was great to have us all sitting together. The fire pit and jacuzzi we also perfect. The home is far enough from the town for absolutely no traffic or noise and close enough to get to in minutes. The view are breathtaking. Our only negative was that we didn’t stay longer.

Fantastic long weekend at Tide House
Overall a great experience from the sunrise to the bay views. This spacious house is everything advertised and then some. Truthfully, more space than we needed but that is a good problem to have. Easily accommodated our family and friends. Some issues with the wifi/cable initially but the property manager was very responsive and helped to trouble shoot the problem. Very professional and would not hesitate to recommend.

My family and I visited in August. The house was beautiful and very clean. There was an issue with a socket under the sofa that was not working , and a flickering light in the light fixture over the dining room table and some dripping faucets, otherwise everything was lovely. One odd thing, there are so many chairs and yet no lounge chairs to relax in the sun.. It's relatively close to P Town Central if you want to walk a mile. The beach by the bay is very nice and interesting. Overall ,a good time was had by all.

Spectacular house close to everything
The house was exactly as pictured (not always the case with rentals!) - comfortable, spacious bedrooms and living spaces. We didn't use the lower "deck" game area because the weather was so cooperative (late March) that we spent a lot of time outside, but had originally booked the house for January, when we would certainly have made use of it. Beautiful, well supplied kitchen. Some rentals have refrigerators stocked with condiments, jams, etc. This house doesn't have that - only salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil), so be prepared to bring your own or buy it in town. All in all, our entire extended family wished we lived at Tide House full time!

Amazing views
This house was a wonderful place to spend new years. We were able to walk to the beach and see the fireworks from the Caption's room balcony. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this house and Craig is an amazing host.

Very spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, and bathrooms were all stocked up. The lights went out in the town for about two hours, seems like it happens often because there are flashlights in every room. Only four bedrooms the rest are closed spaces to sleep on. Overall great place for family or just adults.
