The location was great. We were the first to use new furniture in our room. It wasn't as nice as the receptionist made it seem. Breakfast wasn't good. Eggs too dry and oatmeal was gross.

The reaction to our needs by front desk was good. Breakfast was good as well. TV was in Spanish and was not programmed. So we had 1 day no in room tv. Renovation was still being done but it seems upgrades in rooms, some furniture still had nick marks noticable. The indoor pool was not usable as it was freezing no circulation and hot tub over 300 degrees. La Quinta in North Orem is an average stay hotel.

This is an older hotel and it shows its age. Some of the floors have been replaced and the transitions may be difficult people with limited mobility. The room was spacious and clean, again with the floor transitions. The staff were great, friendly and professional. Would stay again because of the location.

This property was terrible. The window didnt lock, it was broken, the floor was filthy!! I had to go buy windex to clean the toilet and the floor. There was a fresh poop stain in the toilet. The toilet was plugged and had to be plunged the day we got there. I had to clean up the mess of toilet water on the floor the custodian just left there! There was candy and dog food on the floor around the beds. Filthy dirt behind both beds. I have pictures and left a day early due to this horible condition. Requesting a full refund. Having to clean a hotel room that was also painted very dark with bad lighting. This room did NOT look anything like the pictures on Expedia!

Quiet, clean and recently remodeled rooms. The king size bed and linens were complete luxury! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated that it wasn't located directly on the freeway, but close enough for easy on/off access. We enjoyed our stay!

We had no water pressure in room. Even thought flooring and furnishings were update the room itself wasn’t taken care of. Electrical outlets missing plates, walls were worn on corners, bathroom tub was not caulked on floor at tub. The bathroom door had to be lifted up to close, had no soap in shower. the bed was comfy and staff was great.

Hi! While we loved the staff here, the outdated facilities and the upkeep of them were just not good. We would only ever return as a last resort but with the water pressure being so low, the sink smelling and the elevator sounding like it would break, we will not be returning!

Staff was not engaging or friendly. They were literally there, present to swipe card and take returned keys. Beds were noisy and not over comfortable. The hotel is aged and needs a facelift beyond the lobby and exterior. The room and bathroom were very clean- and I am particular! The elevator could not be any slower. Otherwise decent one night stay.
