I really liked this hotel, much better than the Courtyard next door. The hotel staff was always supportive and everything was clean. The only thing that could do better is the pool and the pool area. Other than that, everything was great.

This hotel was horrible, the room was not as advertised, it was extremely small for a king suite. also the street noise did not allow us to sleep, and it was so cold that we could not get warm. I would never stay in a fiesta american again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y con un personal muy amable. Sin embargo, me gustaría hacer una sugerencia importante: sería ideal que tuvieran más habitaciones adaptadas para personas con discapacidad. Actualmente solo cuentan con una, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera complicada para mi hermano, que usa silla de ruedas. El baño también resultó ser muy pequeño y poco accesible. Elegí este hotel específicamente por la habitación adaptada, ya que en una visita anterior lo había hospedado aquí, pero no sabía que solo disponen de una. Sería excelente que consideraran habilitar más opciones inclusivas para brindar una mejor experiencia a todos sus huéspedes.
