This hotel is in a very good location, and the staff were very friendly.
Disappointed by our room, we booked a terrace room, which was cramped and difficult to manoeuvre around the bed. Our terrace was not private and was adjoining another terrace with only a few sparse trees to separate - it was also overlooked by the pool.
The hotel has a lot of events on during our stay and it felt the focus was on those, rather than the guests.
The roof top bar is a lovely setting, but one evening we waited 15 minutes to be seated and the next evening it was out of use due to a private event. Overall a disappointing stay and would not return or recommend.

Mother and Daughter Trip - The hotel was truly wonderful and we had a lovely experience. The only minor issue was that when we arrive late on the first evening (due to flights changes) our room hadn’t been prepared for two single beds. They were willing to give us a second room for the evening but as we were sharing a case it didn’t make much sense. They sorted the beds out first thing and gave us complimentary breakfast so thank you for all the help!
The was a fantastic waiter from Peru who made our experience even more special.
Looking forward to heading back to the hotel in the future!

Even thought the street out front was under construction, once the automatic door closed, it was very quiet! Some areas need updating as they look old & deteriorating but it was very clean!
