Great location, easy walking to Zona Romantica or Rio Malecon. Property has clearly undergone recent renovations. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was pretty good, but I usually walked over to my favourite ocean-side cafe. The beds in my room were past their prime, but still comfortable. Only issue in my room was the amount of street noise the windows let in. They are clearly in need of replacement. Needed ear plugs to sleep...though other hotels I've stayed at in the area have the same problem.

The staff at check in, the cleaners and tge breakfast servers were all great. It was a little noisy at night but I think the time of year ( new years) and the location of tge hotel were the reasons. The breakfast was great. Made to order.

Basic but clean and outstanding staff. Central location. Breakfast is also included. Highly recommend the guisado (stew). Chicken, meat, pork or vegetarian - all amazing!!! I will stay here again.

Wow amazing location! Right by the pier. Beds super comfy, spotless, white sheets. The hotel says "includes breakfast", its more than a little buffet, but a little breakfast restaurant. You get a menu, and they serve you. From bacon and eggs, to simply Mexican style breakfast.We easily saved $50 a day from not eating out for breakfast. Beach, malecon, pier, all within a 5min walk. Will definitely stay again!

Very clean! Service was friendly and helpful. Location was close to shopping, restaurants, and the Malecon. The breakfast was great with lots of selection. I would definitely choose to stay again!

Hotel was clean, staff great and made to order breakfast although limited, was much better than any continental or buffet style breakfast. The only downside and I mean the only one as the location of the hotel is awesome...is the walls and windows are paper thin. You can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and outside. I mean everything! If you are ok wearing ear plugs to sleep then you should be ok but otherwise you will be kept awake by the tv, snoring and conversations of your fellow travellers.

This hotel is located in a perfect location between the Malecon and Romantic Zone. It is also just far enough away that you don't get too much noise from the busy areas, nice and secluded without compromising location. The rooms are basic and perfect for just laying your head at night. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the center of everything, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores. It was very clean, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, waffles, etc. Will definitely come back

Great location. Clean & well kept. Nice room. Excellent breakfast included. Desk staff friendly & can speak English. Sometimes the guests' room doors bang shut really loud. Smokers smoking on the shared deckspace make it unusable to others sensitive to smoke as the plumes waft around. Such a great hotel, make the entire property smoke-free. You'll have enough business without the smokers.
