Staff was amazing especially the boys in the Sky Lounge, never left our drinks empty and very funny and kind. Good selection of drinks and food. Amazing stay and good for couples and families! We had a great stay at this property. The staff were amazing and welcoming. We would stay here again. However, there could be a better process in place for people arriving early before check in time. Maybe the staff could suggest dropping off the luggage and some specific places to visit in the town before check in time. Other than that, everything was great. The food was also delicious!

Stayed here for my birthday with a couple of my friends and we loved it! Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well air conditioned, pools, bars, and restaurants were great too. It wasn't the most upscale resort on the beach, but it was affordable, family friendly, had lots of activities and was perfect for us! This was my first time visiting Mexico so I was going in a little blind(and not sure if I was going to get scammed lol), so for anyone else who's not sure, I would definitely recommend Plaza Pelicanos, we loved it!!
