"The villa we stayed at was an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, we realized it looked nothing like the photos. Trying to stay positive, we shrugged it off, but things quickly went downhill. The floors and rooms were filthy, and the bed sheets and covers were stained, some even with blood. The air conditioning was a disaster, especially the one in the downstairs room. "Thé villa is very spacious and well equipped. We used the BBQ one evening but ate out every other night. There were a couple of minor faults, such as a toilet door which didn’t lock and broken shower doors. We managed to lock ourselves out one morning and the agency sent someone round to resolve the issue for us straight away.
