"Great beach, view, etc... Hotel itself is a bit outdated. Rooms are 4 star quality, service is on and off - some staff are excellent some have no idea what's going on. Have to talk to three people to get an answer to most questions. Nice SPA. Would be fine if they didn't have the prices of a high end 5 star resort while providing a 4 star experience. Lots of kids around."

"Siamo stati ospiti del villaggio più volte, devo dire che quest’anno le aspettative sono state più deludenti. Ad agosto il villaggio è molto affollato e l’attenzione del personale per gli ospiti è piuttosto distratta. Il Pineta che dovrebbe garantire un servizio a 5 stelle ci ha delusi, non c’erano ne accappatoi ne ciabatte in camera in dotazione.
