Good location, great people. But I was expecting more value for the high price. Staff would miss simple things like cleaning room, additional towels, even toilet paper and had to call front desk which was annoying. Considering the high cost, I thought this’d be a true resort experience. But was slightly disappointed.

This is a beautiful hotel. Mostly on days when the weather is good. There is not front canopy so when you arrive in the rain you are going to get wet coming inside and going to your room. They have an open air hallway to the rooms so you will get wet taking your luggage to the room. Other than that it is wonderful. Beautiful. And very nature oriented. The pools in the back are beautiful but was unsure if the bigger one was some kind of show pool considering the chairs all are oriented that way and it looks like something from SeaWorld. But other than that. The rooms were clean and the showers were hot.

Terrific resort with a broad range of things to do on the premises. Breakfast buffet is top-notch. Having the activity center provides great activity options. Big enough to have a full range of services, but small enough to be quite serene.

This was a great way to spend my night in Tahiti before flying onwards. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I arrived on a very early flight and they immediately took my bags so I could go enjoy the resort. The pool is unbelievable. It is very clean and easy to walk into and has the incredible view of Moorea. It is so beautiful. I enjoyed my time just relaxing on the chairs, with towels provided from the staffed pool-house. The food and drinks were all very high quality. I had this incredibly delicious eggplant dish. I didn’t realize my room was going to be a full suite with a kitchen that was outfitted. If I had wanted to cook simple things I would have easily been able to do so. The bed and ammenities were all very very nice and the room was huge. When I come back to Tahiti I will not hesitate to stay again and hopefully for a couple more days!

The property is very nice and well landscaped with an excellent pool and access to swim in a large natural reef. It is very French in the sense that there are more French customers than the Intercontinental so it is more authentic to the local traditions.

Really dated and poorly maintained property. Service was poor all around. Managers clearly don’t know how to train staff. Air conditioner was making noise all night and barely worked. Food was expensive but poor. Better food at the food trucks down the street. Check in was bad. Mosquitos everywhere with no fans or even simple mosquito repellent deployed. Avoid and stay at IHG or Hilton instead.

This was a wonderful place to stay; easy to relax in the tranquil beautiful setting. The quietness in the rooms and comfortable bedding made for a wonderful night’s rest. The staff was supreme only to be superseded by the exemplary wait staff at their amazing restaurant. The food at the restaurant was an amazing delight to my tastebuds . I simply can’t wait to return.

They charged my card an extra night and haven’t corrected it yet, in spite of two requests sent with documentation. The main restaurant and only bar were closed for a special event one of the two nights of our stay. When asked for bottled water for our room we were told to go to the bar to buy it. We had bugs in our room. The coffee maker didn’t work. Although the pool surface is in dire need of resurfacing, we did enjoy the pool area.
