We had an excellent stay at the Novotel in Pune. Staff were all very helpful and attentive - and we got a room upgrade on check in which was a welcome surprise! There was an issue with a leaking A/C in the room which was fixed promptly. Nice to have access to a pool but unfortunetly the pool bar and surrounding area was undergoing refurbishments. Would definitley recommend staying here if you are visiting Pune!

we had an excellent stay at Novotel , viman nagar . the hotel is well located , it has a lovely breakfast spread and also an equally good lunch and dinner buffet . the rooms were spacious , and the services were prompt. we will again prefer staying at the novotel during our next travel as well .
