"The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent ."

Beautiful room but no service
"No room service, not even tea or coffee available. Room looks cosy and well designed I stayed for 3 days. Second day I had to ask them to get room cleaned else would hav cleaned only after I checked out."
