"One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The customer service is unmatched. The highlight was the hotel staff who were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we need both in the hotel and tips for exploring the area. We booked the triple family room and it was very spacious and clean. The overall vibe of the hotel was peaceful and comfy. We unfortunately weren’t able to try the breakfast because of very early tours each day, but the hotel staff made us snack bags to take with us each early morning. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the area stay here. "

"Everyone was friendly. Loved our room. It was on the corner of the building. Well lit with windows on two sides. Had both the screen for privacy and blackout shades. The breakfast that was included was provided in the room. There was a kitchenette with a means to cook breakfast. The refrigerator had all the things needed for a nice meal. Bus station was just down the street about five minutes away by car. Uber was easy to get. Could walk to our meeting point for the penguin tour by boat. I would stay there again."

"Lovely little hotel. Everything smelled fresh from the moment you walked into the lobby. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Cute little restaurant at the hotel, and a nice breakfast included."

"The hotel simply needs renovation. Especially the toilets, cause the showerig cabin was in pretty bad shape. Additionaly, to get to the only electrical socket in the room i had to shift the table. Still, it ws pretty clean and the staff was friendly. "
