"Very nice hotel, service was great. Amenities were not available due to recent hurricane. Comfortable beds. Tv didn’t work in our room, but was fixed promptly. Limited dinner menu. Awesome lunch menu...unfortunately it was the same basic lunch menu for dinner as well. "

WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year."
