"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. "Property was OK. I cleaned the floors - as best as I could and along refrigerator and counter was ridiculous. We did rewash all dishes and towels before use. One time the dishwasher dispenser for soap did not open for us so that may have been the issue Disappointed with just one FOB for gate into community. Two friends (normally independent) rented and that was not a great option for us."
