The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pools were outstanding, on the downside no entertainment for adults. It was pretty boring. besides swimming in the pool and the ocean, there was nothing to do all day. The food was extremely expensive. The hotel promote are all inclusive and all-inclusive to my understanding. include food and drink's No food and drink was included with the booking.

Love staying here anytime we're in Cancun this is where we stay. The staff everywhere here are so friendly, helpful and always do a great job. It's nice and quite at night and even when they're full you don't feel like it is overcrowded at all. Love everything about this resort. We'll definitely be back soon.

Everything was beautiful, we booked our reservations for dinner before arriving and it went smoothly. As always the staff is friendly, welcoming, hard working and super helpful.
