"This is not just a hotel; it’s an experience! Initially I was quite skeptical about its value, but it was totally worth it. "They offered an upgrade for additional thousand rupees which I took, but it really wasn’t worth it. Room was rundown and old bulky furniture taking over the entire room. Drawers and cabinets didn’t close properly and carpet was very dirty. I was there for a wedding and had no time to complain and to change my room. The view was to the valley and it wasn’t much to look at. "

"I liked the service it was outstanding. The bar tender on the second floor Pavan Kodagali went above and beyond what we asked of him. He fixed any issue that came up and very quickly. He spoke excellent English which made it so much easier to explain issues. The location was so close to two big malls you could walk to.. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. If I had to it would be there isn't a Le Meridien where we are going next year. t"
