"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. "The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...

"At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean.
