Luxurious holiday home in a great location, 800 meters from the north beach and Cape Arkona. So far, the holiday home has not been rented out, but only used by the owner. A great holiday home for families with children, dog owners, or connoisseurs of pure nature, but who do not want to be cut off from life. Cyclists also get their money's worth.
In 800 meters (foot / field path) they are on the north beach or Cape Arkona.
The house is located on the outskirts, directly on the way to the north beach, or Cape Arkona. You don't always have to keep an eye on your children and dogs, the absolutely quiet location (traffic-calmed area) guarantees relaxation.
There are 5 bicycles (including 1 e-bike - for going to the beach) and a handcart available to take you to the north beach or Cape Arkona in 3 minutes; ready for picnic and beach day without the hassle of carrying.
The large south-facing terrace invites you to relax, sunbathe and linger.
But the 'inner values' of our holiday home will also delight you.
The large (bio) sauna invites you to warm up after a walk on the beach or to a romantic evening just like the beautiful fireplace. In the very well-equipped kitchen, it is fun to pamper yourself and others.
The guest toilet on the ground floor avoids queues (practical), the bathroom on the upper floor is huge and invites you to relax. On the ground floor, all rooms / bathrooms / sauna / guest toilet have underfloor heating and radiators! On the upper floor, of course, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a towel heater, and all bedrooms have radiators.
2 bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has 2 single beds.
In the evening, the beacon of the Cape Arkona lighthouse hits the north front of the holiday home, a very special experience, often triggering "goosebumps".
The living area is comfortably furnished, like the whole house.
At the large dining table there is space for 8 people, and the holiday home with its 126 sqm always gives the feeling of "size" and "width".
The stylish garden with a high hedge, selected apple trees (high trunk), old roses, hydrangeas, hollyhocks and boxwood is surrounded by a chestnut fence and a little paradise. A wonderful place to let your body and soul dangle away from the hustle and bustle.
3 - 4 parking spaces are available for your vehicles, the bicycles are available
dry in the bike carport.
This stylish holiday home is located in Putgarten, the northernmost municipality of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and on Rügen, just a few steps from the steep banks, the white chalk cliffs of Cape Arkona with its famous lighthouses, on the outskirts of the village.
The municipality is administered by the Nord-Rügen office based in Sagard and has around 200 inhabitants. Putgarten can be reached from Muttland via the Wittower ferry or the Jasmund peninsula from Glowe, the Schaabe and the Baltic Sea resort of Breege-Juliusruh.
Putgarten itself is closed to private cars and buses, with the exception of residents. This has an extraordinary charm for Putgarten. There is a parking lot on the southern edge of the village, from where you can take the shuttle to the village, Cape Arkona with its striking lighthouses and Jaromarsburg, or the nearby fishing village of Vitt.
This former farming and fishing village has a very special style / charm with its old thatched houses. No wonder that Helene Weigl, actress and Mrs. Berthold Brechts, bought a house here, which is now a cafe. The center of Putgarten is the Rügenhof, a former manor. Here are elegant holiday apartments, as well as a colony of artists and craftsmen. Events also take place here in summer. Despite the rural location, the area is so interesting for tourists that the restaurants, studios and cafés in the area are mostly open all year round.
In an idyllic atmosphere, away from the tourist flow, is this charming holiday home on the northern outskirts with a distant view of the fields to the Baltic Sea and the lighthouses.
It impresses with its classic, solid, solid construction, without sacrificing comfort and luxurious amenities.
Characteristic of the houses of the "Windland" and therefore indispensable, a beautiful wooden porch welcomes you. The wing doors can be attached with hooks. The rubber boots also find space after an extensive field walk.
The hallway is large enough to accommodate cloakroom and shoes.
We recently bought this wonderful house and do not want to keep it from other holidaymakers. We are therefore still "greenhorns" when it comes to holiday home rentals. If you have any criticism or praise, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would like to learn to make your stay a wonderful one. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ensure you have an unforgettable time on Rügen / Putgarten.
