Putnam Valley Holidays

Location is fabulous but hotel is tired. Room furniture is old, telephone didn’t work, duvet had to be changed as it was dirty, staff were lovely. Water was off one night between 9 and 3 am, but great but we managed. We asked for extra bottled water but didn’t get them. It was still worth it for the location.

Enjoyed staying here—VERY convenient to all the theaters and Times Square!! A few drawbacks: The beds were a little uncomfortable, and no mini fridge to keep our drinks and leftovers cold or microwave to heat things up in. Unfortunately for us, there was construction going on at all hours of the night, but that is not anything that could be helped—offering patrons ear plugs would have been a nice gesture, though, and there was no way to close blinds without covering air unit, but if you don’t mind having lights from another building/street shining in your room at night, then you’ll be fine. All staff very welcoming and cordial!

The view from the top rooms and rooftop bar are amazing. Overall, a very cozy experience.

The size of the rooms for downtown NYC was great and well priced. I didn’t go with the basic room though. Convenient to have Blue Ribbon bar to sit at and snack at, lobby course were very nice, too. The neighborhood is awesome. The service was good. I’ll be back for the pool and sauna when open.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Everything is very accessible. New rooms, efficiently designed.
