"Had a great time staying at Conrad during my trip in Shanghai! Front desk staff Cara who helped me with check-in was so friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. Cara also upgraded my parents room and my room from king deluxe to king executive room on a high floor with amazing view! Awesome staff with amazing service!! "I love this hotel for the convience to public transport, nanjing road shopping, and the shanghai museum. I also like that the staff tries to help you in all sorts of weird circumstances from tooth caps falling off and friends without visas. Thanks especially to Jackie at reception."

"The welcome fruit platter was a nice touch Nice big room with huge bathroom that have his and hers sink, a bathtub, separate shower and wc. Bath salt and moisturizing facial mask was provided Great for leisure and holiday with a partner No proper desk so had to use the small round table for my laptop to get a little work done Oveall was a very enjoyable stay."

"Room is big, cleaning lady service top notch and helpful. Water pressure, bath tub solid, clean. Solid beautiful view of outside due to high floor #33. Location of hotel was good with convience stores beside. Breakfast was decent at best. Room lighting too dim for my liking. Pillow way too soft that i need to stack bath towel on top to make it firm, internet not as fast and good as I hope otherwise all else are good. Will like to try other hotel in a more vibrant place next time."

"Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....

"This place is near to metro line, shopping street and eating restaurants. The hotel is clean. The cleaner cleans until the floor are very shining. Fast service whenever you ask for help. Only thing Im not happy is that we have to pay rmb 1k deposit. We need to swap the credit card rmb1k on top of the room rate during check in. This is the hotel policy that we cant change."

"I specifically chose this hotel because of its location. Our main reason for visit is to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This property is so close and has free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disneytown. It also has free shuttle to the airport and the Bund (make sure to make reservations at front desk ahead of time). The property is very nice--looks very new or newly remodeled.
