"I decided to bring my partner here for our first anniversary and the hotel just went above and beyond! Throughout the booking they kept in contact with me to ensure we all knew exactly what was happening, as I asked them to do the room up for us and add some prosecco! We had a 2 and a half hour drive down to Nefyn and before we left I had a text message from Gwawr, she asked if I had an ETA so that they could put the prosecco in the room just before our arrival to ensure it stayed cold! When we checked in Sally was a great help with us ensuring we had all the information needed! We booked in for dinner at 6:00pm and the meal was just lovely! The portions were bigger than expected but it was incredible value for money and just gorgeous food! Upon check out Gwawr was absolutely amazing, ensuring everything had gone as smoothly as possible! Overall, it was made a very personal stay for us and the hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely, anything needed was at most a couple of minute walk away! The rooms were incredible and they even upgraded us to celebrate our anniversary which was just amazing of them! It was a quiet weekend for us which I would say helped make it that bit more personal! We would without a doubt come back! We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody within a heartbeat! "

It was spacious, homely, warm and comfortable, with quality fittings and furniture and everything we could wish for to make the stay enjoyable (despite the horrible weather!) Well located too, on a quiet road but close to the town centre. The welcome cake and prosecco was a lovely touch and if we stay in Abersoch again as a family, we will certainly choose the same holiday home. "
