"We were celebrating my 60th birthday with family and friends. We had a few things planned around Abersoch and the location was perfect right in the centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really just wanted to eat and drink and celebrate together in the house and it was a perfect space to do this. The bedrooms were all a great size. Lovely clean comfy beds and plenty of room everywhere. We had 3 Labradors with us and so needed space and it really was a perfect home for the weekend. We hope to book again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"This was our 3rd stay at the property, we wanted to suprise the kids by having a Christmas with our extended family. The house was perfect as usual, it was fully decoratedfor Christmas and included a Christmas tree, the little ones thought it was magical and could believe Santa knew where we were. House was clean and fully equipped with all the utensils and bits and bobs you would possibly need to make a big family dinner and have a comfortable stay, making it easy to spend time together as a group and also have a little alone time when needed. We went on lots of little walks around the town, the weather was misty but that didn't stop some of our party going in to the sea for a swim and wandering around taking in the views. We loved our special Christmas trip this year as we normally do an early year visit to the house and the kids were very sad when we didn't go earlier in the year. We love coming to this house, it's warm and cosy and comfortable, everything you need and in a perfect location, "

It is just perfect and suits all our family needs such as the open plan kitchen/ tv area or separate front living room with tv. It is also well heated during those cold spells. "We spent 3 days over Christmas at the cottage… 8 adults, 3 children, 2 dogs. We often stay in holiday rentals but this was ‘something else’. Very spacious, excellently equipped with lots of lovely touches like ice in the freezer, feather mattress toppers and lovely toiletries"

"I decided to bring my partner here for our first anniversary and the hotel just went above and beyond! Throughout the booking they kept in contact with me to ensure we all knew exactly what was happening, as I asked them to do the room up for us and add some prosecco! We had a 2 and a half hour drive down to Nefyn and before we left I had a text message from Gwawr, she asked if I had an ETA so that they could put the prosecco in the room just before our arrival to ensure it stayed cold! When we checked in Sally was a great help with us ensuring we had all the information needed! We booked in for dinner at 6:00pm and the meal was just lovely! The portions were bigger than expected but it was incredible value for money and just gorgeous food! Upon check out Gwawr was absolutely amazing, ensuring everything had gone as smoothly as possible! Overall, it was made a very personal stay for us and the hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely, anything needed was at most a couple of minute walk away! The rooms were incredible and they even upgraded us to celebrate our anniversary which was just amazing of them! It was a quiet weekend for us which I would say helped make it that bit more personal! We would without a doubt come back! We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody within a heartbeat! "
