InterContinental Pyeongchang Resort Alpensia, an IHG Hotel

4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"My parents like to stay here and have their breakfast buffet. If you get a date that includes the breakfast, it’s a good value. The staff at the check in was very helpful and friendly. The bakery downstairs has decent coffee and pretty good baked items. The hotel is getting old, though, and it’s not the most up to date design. There’s no vanity table in the room. The quality of towels is good. I’d stay here again if I come to the area in the future as there’s not a much better option nearby and...

Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Gangwon Pyeongchang

3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1007)
"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lobby staff were definitely a lot more polite than the average. I had my wedding band stolen in the sauna one night and immediately notified the staff at the sauna counter roughly about 10 minutes after it was stolen... but none of the staff really assisted in trying to find the ring or trying to figure out the culprit. I understand that they arent the police but a little more help and assistance would have been appreciated."
