Only gripes were Hot tub was cold! and key cards stopped working a few times so we were trapped unable to reach the room (as each door has security floors). "

"The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. Instructions on how to find no 26 need to be clearer as the building has poor signage and we were frustrated and tired trying to find where to go. "
