"Todos los años vamos a Villa Regina y nunca nos cansamos. Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos, caminando, del centro de Arcachon. En recepción nos atienden con amabilidad y en español. La habitación es amplia, con cocina y, junto al baño y ducha, estaba todo muy limpio a nuestra llegada. La cama, grande y muy cómoda. Hay un local interior para guardar bicicletas. "Absolutely adored the quietness of the area, even if the hotel was full, the pool area was quiet. Likes the option to have meals on the patio. The lakes offer many options plus have great beaches that do not get overcrowded. Great staff also at the hotel. Very friendly and caring. "

"Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . Overall a relatively inexpensive property but as previously mentioned by other visitors there are a number of charges on arrival for bedding ,towels ,cleaning if...

"This villa has so much going for it. We were a mixed family group of 8 Adults and 9 kids all ages. We had enormous fun here. Loads of space for cooking and entertaining. There is a pinball machine! The pool area is super with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. The host is kind and good on comms. 10/10 "

"Problèmes d’humidité, très fortes odeurs, moisissures sur le mobilier, cafards - tout cela s’ajoutant a un manque d’entretien general (trampoline rouillé et en mauvais etat, hamac vert de mousse, tables branlantes…). Vacances gâchées par manque de serieux du propriétaire qui ne verifie pas l’etat du logement avant la location (remise des clés par les voisines, aucun etat des lieux)"

"We had a great week in Ardernos Les bains taking advantage of a pretty garden and al fresco dining. Very close to the beach and the shops. A warm and friendly welcome from Maryse ( the owner) and a perfect climate in a beautiful area with access to the Atlantic for surfing made our stay thoroughly enjoyable."

"We were welcomed by Myriam & Jean-Christophe. Everything was explain to us despite the language barrier. The property is equipped to a high standard. As the owners live in the attached property the pool is cleaned every day, you don’t have to do anything regarding it at all. Myriam gave us lots of information regarding places to see, and recommend a local restaurant which was very good value we went twice. This is an exceptional property that I would highly recommend."

"You should know that in this "hotel" you have to do everything yourself including cleaning the bathroom, make your own bed, broom and clean floors and take out trash that is 5 min walk from your apartment. In addition bring your own shower gel and shampoo as it's not provided either. When leaving you need to take your sheets with you and take it to their laundry. Zero service is provided. "
