"Amazing old hotel/apartments with real style. A bit old fashioned but a real experience to stay there. Amazing location right in the heart of CBD literally across the road from largest shopping complex, and only blocks from everywhere including the main railway, CityCat ferry terminals and bus depots for Brisbane. Reception staff wonderful. I ws amazed I could afford such a large apartment in that location. Will stay thee again if I need a Brisbane CBD base."

"Unfortunately did not enjoy the hotel as id like as id fallen sick . Bed was comfortable room was so spacious, clean, hate the pepsi brand options for mini bar needed lemonade 7up is not lemonade... but i do hope to visit and enjoy the hotel properly in future and in hope to eat at Settimo as i missed on dinner there. Staff were friendly upon check in and out especially the concierge team. Im finding buffet breakfast are becoming all the same and did hope having club access itd be a bit more...

"The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again."
