Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, nobody greeted me in the restaurant and the only staff there was literally asleep at a table in the dark next to the buffet. When we pointed out that the room temperature felt like 28 degrees when we set it at 23 degrees, the response of the reception was "it is winter. heating is turned on during the winter. try turning off the heater or open the window."
