The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

Rooms are very small and not comfortable
Can’t have bags around and move around the rooms. Kitchen breakfast area is ok nothing special. Ants on the counter by where the bread and the toaster is which is also near precooked food. Building has gone through renovation obviously but if you’re used to a normal sized room this is not the hotel for you. Staff is nice and friendly and the rooms were quiet. No view nothing special. But just something to get by with.
