"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. Opening car park gate is a pain as you need to physically get out the car to unlock it with a key. Would be better...

Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Küche und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber sonst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl"

"Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. "Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."

"It does not look like from the outside what a nice property it is . The only issue was, the WiFi does only work in the common areas. The google map could not find it ,so an update should be done on signage and directions."

"Everything about our stay was a dream come true. The villa is private with amazing views. The pool was perfect, a bit cold but we were there in Sept. all recommendations (restaurants, boat tours, grocery store) Cinzia suggested were wonderful. They make their own olive oil which was out of this world. Thank you for such a perfect holiday. "

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...

"Overall we had a great stay at Roberta's villetta. Her daughter was there on arrival and was very helpful throughout our week. The house was as described though perhaps they should point out the rooms are not all on different levels, so lots of steps. The garden and patio are lovely places to spend time relaxing, there's even a slight sea view through the trees. The pool and surrounding garden are great and there were rarely more than us using it. The town of Villasimius and the amazing beaches...

"We really enjoyed our stay at T-Hotel. The checkin was very efficient. We liked the sunken bar snack area. The staff there were very efficient and friendly. A minor problem with the closet hinge was fixed quickly. Parking across the street in underground parking was excellent. A great stay !"
