"I have traveled to Vietnam regularly for 30 years. I have always found La Maison Des Delices to be a simple and enjoyable place to be in Da Nang. The husband and wife team that run the hotel are very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a great value considering the price. There is a roof-top terrace to enjoy. "Amazing and super clean boutique hotel. Everything is prefect and very comfortable. Breakfast is average quality and delicious food. The only disadvantage point might be the communication issue, hotel staff leaking of the English speaking proficiency and the artificial bird sounds at my balcony are too annoying especially during peaceful noon and night!"

"This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door. I stayed a week but though it was overall OK I don't...

"The management is not good and they are not professional. We communicated them that we are arriving around 2AM, and we reach hotel by 3AM. No one is there at reception and we called them multiple times. No one is picking and we checked in at 5AM. I never saw such kind of experience."

"I was in Da Nang on a student recruiting trip. The hotel was very nice. It was close to the beach, had great views from the balcony, and had an amazing rooftop infinity pool. Subeo the customer service manager went beyond by booking our river cruise and having birthday cake, flowers and special room decorations for our birthday celebration. . She even had a breakfast to go for our early check out. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Room is very nice and clean. Rooftop pool is relaxing. My second stay in this hotel it keeps getting better "
