Very smart apartment in walkable distance from old town. Parking is close by and if you arrive early, like we did, you can park on the lot nearby . Very well equipped and although there is a bar across the road it was not particularly noisy. We stayed two nights and it was perfect for a city break

This was an excellent place to stay for our short visit to Quebec City. The apartment manager provided us with all the relevant information, and the place was very clean. The back deck was a lovely surprise. Everything we needed was within walking distance including delicious bakeries and restaurants! We were glad to have a parking spot a short distance away because street parking was quite busy.

This apartment was so lovely! Perfect & comfortable for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We didn't mind the reviews about loud noise, but there is a bar across the street that has people every night of the week. It didn't bother us, but if you can't fall asleep to people yelling outside your window then i wouldn't recommend. The parking situation wasn't terrible, but it is a few blocks away from the room. The walk was nice.

Great place in Quebec City
My husband and I spent three days in this lovely apartment with my two grandsons. The boys are 10 and 12 and really enjoyed having a separate bedroom with bunk beds as opposed to staying in a hotel. Beds were very comfortable, location was great and appliances were brand new. Street noise was a little annoying but after the first night we didn’t even notice them. Loved the outside terrace. Would definitely recommend it.

The loft was clean. But the fact is i have to ask them about check in instructions instead of they should provide for me ahead. Poor communication. If you have any questions about this property. You will never get the answer from the host. Never coming back even the loft was good.

Yuck, not clean.
Not clean. Dirty towels, dirty sheet that was covering an even dirtier couch. Had to go to Wal-Mart to buy sheets, pillowcases and towels. In the book left on counter she requests we brings the towels downstairs and throw them in the wash for her. No wonder they were not clean. Expecting guests to do hotel laundry? That was a first. And a last. Neighborhood kinda sketch. Some guy trying to do drugs right in front of us. Wouldn't have bothered me if the door had a real deadbolt. It didnt really lock all the way. Do not stay here if you like feeling comfortable and safe.

The property is a good option to visit Quebec. It is well located and only 30-40 min walking distance to old part of the city. The only downturn was the condition of the sofa bed, not good,. and that there is a bar just infront that is extremely popular and loud and the windows are not sound proof. It gets really noisy during the weekend and if you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you to stay. Otherwise, a nice, clean and updated unit.

Although the apartment was very clean, the beds were not comfortable, with soft and wobbly or very hard mattresses. In addition, the windows did not have screens, so they could not be opened for air as insects could get in. Parking is not convenient as located 8-10 min walk from the appartment.

Loved the place and location. It is a city, tho the area is more residential, so parking can be tough. The lot you will have a tag for, is only a couple hundred yards away, but depending on the timing, it can be very difficult if not impossible to find a space since it is a public lot. We tried to leave the car and just walk and it worked out well. Old Quebec is only a mile or so away and we prefer to walk to get a much better feel of the area. Found the best brioche just a cple blocks away down St Joeseph, called Le Croquembouche Patisserie and the pizza place across the street from the front door is good. I’m from Connecticut so the best pizza anywhere is but a short drive away but considering where you are, it’s good. Sandra was great with communication and had a very detailed information booklet laid out very well. The only negatives would be the ac unit is right next to where you sit on the balcony and it runs constantly. It is only as loud as a noisy fan so you can still have a normal conversation but it’s like having a loud sound machine. U get used to it. The patio below has plenty of herbs n veggies for you to pick. The biggest issue is from the noise outside when the bar gets out at 3am. It is located across the street from bedroom. First night was bad then we turned on bathroom fan and sleep music to drown it out and it was fine after. Overall great experience
