Very sweet boutique style hotel. Rooms were lovely and clean. The staff was exceptional in helping us navigate our way around Old Quebec. Check in/out was easy and efficient. Can't say enough nice things but overall it was a great stay. Really hope to go back some day.

This property is in an absolutely amazing location, literally about 50 metres from the boardwalk and about 250 metres from the Chateau Frontenac. The staff is incredible and was so helpful and kind. The rooms are basic and very vintage but clean and quaint. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The front desk staff here are incredibly friendly, which really adds to the overall experience. It's important to keep in mind that this isn’t a luxury hotel, but rather a charming family-run establishment that has been welcoming guests for 180 years. The building is old, and some of the rooms, including ours, are on the smaller side. However, we found them to be very clean and conveniently located. It's truly a wonderful spot in the city, right next to all the best attractions. We had such a lovely time and can’t wait to come back!

My flight arrived a few hours before check-in, so i asked if we could come early, and i was allowed to with no hesitation. From that moment until checkout, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee and snack, which is something you usually dont get especially in smaller hotels. I can not say enough good thinhs about this hotel, and will definitely choose it again.
