Poor directions to get to the property with all the construction. But when i called the staff was very helpful to guide me around it. ALL the staff were really helpfull in teaching me how to use the bus, helping me with parking, and all the christmas characters were so kind to my daughter. The staff was excellent.

Fun for kids. Lots of activities for them. Safety and cleanliness at the pool/spa is so-so. Too many people in the pool and spa. I saw fake nails floating on the water at the spa. Not my favorite personally but my child loves it...
