This is the only hotel I booked during my 4 day trip to Montreal and Quebec City that asked for a security deposit upon check-in. Also, I was surprised to see the sink is separate from /outside the bathroom. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The property is good. Not luxury but clean,safe - spacious room. I felt safe a s single female traveler. No dining options though which was fine for me. Staff was great & the room too. By only thing is I chose this property with Expedia as I thought I was receiving breakfast. No breakfast was included. It was fine with me in the end as I grabbed stuff from outside & vegan and no vegan option in restaurant anyways.

Staff were fantastic. I misplaced my phone and didn't know how to use the "find my" function (or even think about it in the first place, I'm not the techiest person). The man at the desk, whose name I sadly never found out, suggested it to me and explained how it worked and I found it instantly (in another province, but still I have it back!). Everyone at the desk was wonderful and friendly and we had a great stay overall. 10/10 would love to come back.

The proprty is very run down. The main entry floor is dirty witb an old mat taped down to the floor. There is no architectural value. The hallway smelled of dirt. The woman at the desk was not friendly or helpful. I asked for a different room because the room we got had broken tiles on the shower floor. Very bad experience.
