"Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. "We enjoyed our stay La Vicomte-sur-Rance. The location was plesantly rural while being close to many wonderful sights. The house was roomy and well equipped. The host was very gracious when I had misunderstood something about the stay. She promptly rectified my oversight. The backyard has chairs, loungers, and umbrellas which were wonderful to use to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the birds at the bird feeder, and just enjoy the sun."

Relaxing Family Holiday

"Very nice property with all the facilities we required for an enjoyable family holiday. The pool, hot tub & large garden areas were all well used by all of us. Inside, the property is very spacious with plenty of games/books if required. The bar area with the pool table was the focal point in the evenings with plenty of fun competition to be crowned champion. All in all would certainly recommend for an extended family holiday. "

Beautiful house for 5 to 10 people, roofed pool, Saint-Malo area

Fantastic stay

"It's not often that we stay in the same location more than once, instead choosing to explore different areas, but this was our second stay at this property and it never disappoints. A warm welcome awaits with fresh crêpes, local apple juice and cider and then you're left alone to enjoy the beautiful house, pool and surrounding area. The area is 10 minutes from the stunning town of Dinan, and also close to all amenities you'll need like supermarkets and pharmacies. The river is a short walk away and there you'll be able to hire boats or just walk around soaking up the sunshine. There is nothing about our holiday that I'd change, the property (and the hosts) were amazing. "
