"We were disappointed that everything about the property had to be done online. There is no elevator and the room assigned to us was on the 3rd level. As we had tow large suitcases we would not have been able to get them up the stairs. Fortunately we were able to call and were moved to a ground floor room. Ian Hyde"

"The male receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful with directions to my room. Restaurant was closed being a Sunday. Receptionist stated that there were multiple eateries (7 or 8) over the road if I wanted food. Bottle shop closed exactly 7pm. Which was when I arrived. Absolutely devastated. Nothing else within walking distance. Receptionist saved the day. Wine stocked out the back for just this reason. I was absolutely over the moon. Room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and...

"Paid a lot extra for two breakfasts, only to find out later it was just cereal and juice provided to our room. Ended up walking up the road to the shopping centre for a cooked breakfast."
