We stayed in a triple room and found the room to be a good size for three adults. The room was warm and comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast which was adequate. The carpets in the hallways were very worn when we were there in September but I think they may have been renovating. The only concern we had was that it was raining on arrival and there were huge potholes in the driveway and parking area. This made it very difficult to bring in luggage. The carpark area really needs some work.

We had a very warm welcome from the reception. The room was clean and tidy but there was only one chair in the room. The doors in the corridor were heavy and made quite some noise when people walked pass.

Our room was cold during our stay . A very small heater in a large room. Had to use extra blankets. The Front desk girls were always nice and friendly , but the guys we encountered elsewhere were not . This hotel caters for tourist coaches and if you do not get to breakfast before the large groups you end up with nothing for breakfast . Twice we came through for breakfast and there was hardly anything to eat . No staff there so we just left . On the second occasion I went to talk to someone and was told he could make me bacon and eggs . No use for a vegetarian . . The breakfast was actually terrible

I stayed at this property while the hot water service was being updated, while the restaurant was being renovated and in 3 days of rain. The pothole water features in the carpark made parking difficult and walking in the carpark almost impossible. Having to go back out in the pouring rain to put a parking permit in the car was lovely. The closed restaurant meant food was only available in the bowling alley or via room service... except the bowling alley and music was so loud no one picked up the phone. My dinner was good the - breakfast was not. Things were mislabelled, things were cold because the lids wouldn't close. $6 for the smallest can of coke not impressive either. The drilling and hammering starting at 8 am and not finishing till 6pm the first day and 4pm the second day, not impressive either. There is no convience store nearby and a wet winding road back to Queenstown creates a great oportunity for having some snacks or drinks for sale... even a vending machine. There is nothing. At its bones it should be a great property. My room was spacious and the view is lovely. Some great staff, some crap staff. Great views, a cosy pub and the Onsen across the rd.

This place is looking very tired. It is over priced for what it is. Carpets are worn and stained. The general condition of the place is very average. The car park is unsealed and in wet weather very large deep puddles form. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The credit card surcharge of 3%-4% is excessive.

Great customer service. Staff were ready to help without asking. Our room was great with a very soft bed and pillows. Had some snow around the motel, iced car windows and iced puddles that cracked if you walked over them and that really made our stay amazing. The motel is central to alot of tourist attractions with Queenstown 6mins, ski field's 2mins, surrounded by breweries, hot pools across the road, pizza and many more .. let alone this place has its own ten pin bowling alley, restaurant and bar. Offers a discount on meals and drinks which was a bonus. We took advantage of this and had breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. Rooms cleaned daily along with smiley cleaners who greeted us every day. We will be back and definitely sharing our experience with others ❤️ 😊

We had smoke come through the next bathroom. The whole bathroom and room stunk of cigarettes. The gentlemen that had helped us was lovely, he was prompt to get a spray for the room. All we got when checking out, was an apology for the inconvenience and was told that the management will be informed. The day of checking out, the key cards wouldnt open the room even though it hadnt reached 10am yet.
