The location of this hotel is superb—right in the heart of the action, with a view of the Duomo Basilica of Santa Maria and surrounded by tons of restaurants. However, the area is very busy, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a quieter stay. Unfortunately, my room was very small and not the most functional, though the bed and pillows were decent. A heads-up: the elevator only goes to the front desk level, so you’ll need to navigate stairs to get to your room. That said, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, which made the experience better. A good choice if location outweighs other considerations for you!

This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here.
