The house has 4 bedrooms. 3 of them on the first floor, each with a private bathroom and a large closet. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have a full bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master suite, has a king size bed, located on the second floor, it has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. The master suite also has a large balcony with table, umbrella and chairs, overlooking the lake and golf course. The house has southern exposure, large windows, and great views of the lake.
High quality linens, furniture and kitchen accessories to make a feast or just snacks for the family. We hace a water purifier for drinking and cooking water.
The kitchen is equipped with many accessories and some spices, coffee, tea and sugar. The living room, dining room, reading area, are have access and view to the lake. The laundry patio has a full washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms is located in the patio it has a private bathroom and independent access.
The front yard has a 1 space carport. There is room next to the carport for a second vehicle.
The home is on a the cul de sac, the street is very quiet and perfect for morning walks.
The backyard faces the lake and has direct access to the lake, just a few steps to make your feet wet! There are 2 kayaks and a row boat on the property, and all sizes of life jackets, fishing is permitted as long as it is done from the property. Swimming of the back yard is refreshing all year. Gas motors are not allowed in the lake.
In this high end community, maintenance of common areas is impeccable and security systems are constantly updated.
