It is has a great location overlooking the beach and only a short walk away from a bakery, the local supermarket and the lovely harbourside restaurants of Binic. "The house owner is absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of useful information to me before I arrived and during my stay. Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."

The only problem was the access to the villa , from the parking we had to go through several steps very roughly made ,border on each side by rose bushes. "Excellent location with lovely sea view. Apartment has everything needed to ‘self cater’ and everything works. There is no internet at the apartment but that makes the stay even more restful. Would stay here again!"

"John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. The rooms had many wow factors, our bathroom and the one adapted for those with disabilities were thoughtfully designed with top quality units and facilities. The lighting everywhere was superb, modern but sympathetic to the style of the original manoir, the beds comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and designed to be able to keep it that way. Breakfast was amazing with tastes of local dishes (kouigin amann and far breton) a selection of local cheeses and a wonderful array of breads and pastries as well as fruit and yogurt. As we were only there for one Sunday night, we were unable to use the restaurant for an evening meal, but the cocktails were delightful (which we enjoyed with a game of Scrabble!) Of course the location is superb too, we had sea views which added to the joy of our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable visit. We certainly want to return! "
