"For the past 3 years this has been our family’s hotel of choice mainly due to the staff and how friendly and helpful they are especially during breakfast. This time around the staff hardly paid attention to you. We had to get up and get our own utensils, condiments coffee and water. Or wait for a long time to get someone to acknowledge us. It’s usually not a problem for us to get it but 9 times out of 10 there was no water, no coffee etc. On the other hand the front desk staff, security, bell...

"The staff and service were super awesome, but the carpet in the room was very dirty and the hot water in the shower was not consistent, turning hot to cold during showers. but other than that it was a pleasant stay. "
