"The sauna was funtioning (the reason we booked) the hot water ran out after about 5 mins of showering. There were also dust mites in the throwblanket (also had cigarette burns in it ). Ontop of all this expedia was terribly unsupportive and demanded that I show pictures of the deficiencies. "
