"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Great location and views. Be wary of Google Maps because it can take you on maintenance roads on a ski resort! Make sure to go all the way into Canillo before turning onto the smaller road. "

"Très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte… accueil sympa avec croustade locale à l’arrivée… emplacement idéal pour randonnées faciles et plus difficiles. Terrasse avec vue magnifique du village et des montagnes…bâtiment très bien équipé… merci pour tout "

"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

"The ptoperty is in a beautiful setting, also lovely and warm. We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The wifi in the house is goid, but Internet connectivity is reall flakey and slow. This is soen to the communications company, nor the owner. "Just be ready" to not depend on "

We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars.
