Very clean and lovely apartment, brand new on the market! Book while it is still available. Within walking distance to both QMG and Blessing. Very quiet neighborhood and very safe. Across the street from the Junior High school. Second bed is a blow up.

A true Gem!

Great Quincy apartment!
We have stayed at The Gem a few times this Fall while visiting our daughter at Quincy University. This apartment is great. It is quiet, clean, conveniently located, parking is easy and it has everything we need. Communication with the property owner was quick and efficient as well. We will be back!
